We want to help you take good care of yourself. For those of you seeing multiple physicians and on multiple medications, the risk of harmful drug interactions becomes an issue. We have developed and printed up medication cards for our patients which we would like you all to use. You may pick one up at the office or e-mail or call the practice to have one sent to you. Complete your name and allergies in ink then PENCIL in your medications with the correct doses from the bottles. Place the completed card in your wallet and show it to all of your doctors. You will become a healthier patient and obtain more help from all of your doctors because they will have the information they need to properly prescribe for you. HELP US HELP YOU! Complete a medication card and carry it at all times. You will be glad you have done this not only in an emergency situation but everyday as you seek health care more knowledgeably.
