Carol Y.. Nishikubo, M.D., F.A.C.P., Physician

Carol Nishikubo, M.D., F.A.C.P. graduated from the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1990.  After training in Internal Medicine at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, she returned to UCLA Center for Health Sciences completing her fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology in 1997.  She joined  the fulltime faculty of UCLA School  of Medicine carrying out clinical research in lung cancer and lymphoma before joining Santa Monica Hematology-Oncology Consultants in 1999.  She has an active interest in breast, lung, gastrointestinal and hematologic malignancies. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology.  She teaches on the clinical faculty of UCLA School of Medicine as an Assistant Clinical Professor. She is active in professional societies and on hospital committees at St. Johns’ Health Center and Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center. Currently she concentrates her professional activities in her private practice.  She is on the admitting staff of St. John's Health Center and Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center.
